Farming, exhaustion, tardiness, and an upcoming renaissance...

So, it's been a whole loooong time since I uploaded anything to the blog...

...more than two months in fact. Ooops... To be fair, though, I've been working 12+ hours a day, 6 days a week, and have been utterly knackered, so I think it's understandable.

Anyway, that's finished now. It was a temporary contract, and I kicked its ass and got the hell out of there, so I am once again free. And bored. For anyone remotely interested, and who didn't already know, here's what I was doing:


Yup, bit of the old tractoring. I was effectively a farmer for two months, driving a John Deere 6430 and catching up to 19 tonnes of onions of potatoes on the back. To be honest, I quite enjoyed the job most of the time, though being treated like a dog turd on the doorstep by the boss never particularly impressed me, especially as I worked harder than many of the others there...

Anyhoo, enough of that. I am now back, bored, and have excessive time on my hands (when I should be doing productive things), so no doubt the blog will be updated a wee bit more regularly for a while. Watch this space...
